March 29 + 30, 2019
For this eclectic, group art show, I will be designing a mask and other wearable sculptural pieces that will celebrate the natural form. I'm interested in exploring our anxieties around the naked figure and the elaborate rituals we integrate into our daily routines in order to hide our perceived "flaws."
I am excited to be a part of this show and hope to support a more inclusive image of a happy, healthy, self-confident body. My piece will be apart of the fashion show on both nights.
